- A registered participant may transfer the registration to a friend without any cancellation fee up to 10 days before the trip. After that, the normal cancellation policy will apply.
- In case the trip is cancelled due to government restrictions, COVID, or weather conditions, an alternate date will be provided, and no refund will be issued.
- If you are unable to join on the new dates, you may either send a replacement participant (without additional cost) or opt for a wallet transfer.
