- 30 days before the trip date: ₹2,000
- 15 days before the trip date: ₹3,000
- Within 7 days of the trip date: ₹4,500 (No refund)
Transfer of Registration
- A registered participant may transfer their registration to a friend without any cancellation fee.
Cancellation Due to Unavoidable Circumstances
- In case the program is cancelled due to government restrictions, COVID-related issues, weather conditions, or other unavoidable circumstances,
an alternate date will be provided for the same trip. - No refund will be issued in such cases.
If You Are Unable to Join on the New Dates
- You may send a replacement participant at no additional cost, or
- Opt for a wallet transfer for future trips.
