Day 1: Arrival in Leh | Acclimatization
Arrive at Leh Airport (3,500 m) and transfer to your hotel. Spend the day resting and acclimatizing to the high altitude to avoid sickness. In the evening, enjoy a leisurely visit to Shanti Stupa for panoramic views of Leh city and stroll through Leh Market.
Overnight stay: Leh
Day 2: Leh Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, embark on a Leh city sightseeing tour covering:
- Shey Palace & Monastery – former royal palace with stunning views
- Thiksey Monastery – famous for its 15-meter high Maitreya Buddha statue
- Hemis Monastery – known for its annual festival and cultural heritage
- Hall of Fame Museum – showcasing Indo-Pak wars and Ladakhi history
Return to hotel and relax for the evening.

Day 3: Leh → Nubra Valley via Khardung La Pass
After breakfast, drive to Nubra Valley via Khardung La Pass (5,359 m), one of the highest motorable roads in the world. En route, enjoy spectacular mountain views. Upon arrival:
