Additional Information
🚌 From Ernakulam to Chokramudi Forest Station
Ernakulam → Perumbavoor → Munnar → Gap Road → Chokramudi Forest Station/Bus Stop
- Take a bus from Ernakulam to Munnar via Perumbavoor
- From Munnar, take a bus going towards Chinnakanal / Pooppara / Bodimettu via Gap Road.
- Tell the conductor: “Chokramudi Forest Station / Chokramudi Trekking Base”.
- Get down at the Chokramudi/GAP Road stop.
- Your stay is within walking distance from the bus stop, so there is no need to arrange another vehicle if your luggage is manageable.
The Gap Road stop is on NH 85, about 13 km from Munnar town, and the Chokramudi trekking base is on the right side when travelling onward from Munnar via Gap Road.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees will be applicable as per the following schedule:

Is it a heavy trek?
** No, it’s a moderate trek. Normal fitness is sufficient — you should be comfortable walking 5–6 km a day.
