A confirmed participant may transfer their booking to another person at no additional charge. The replacement details must be shared in advance for necessary updates.

Cancellation Due to Unavoidable Circumstances

In the event of cancellation due to government regulations, natural calamities, extreme weather, or other unforeseen situations beyond our control, an alternate date for the same trip will be offered.
