Cancellation fees will be applicable as per the following schedule:

- Registered participants may transfer their registration to a friend with prior approval from the organizers, without any cancellation fee.
- If the trip is cancelled due to government restrictions, COVID-19, or adverse weather conditions, an alternate date will be provided. No refund will be issued.
- If you are unable to join on the rescheduled date, you may send a replacement participant at no extra cost or opt for a wallet transfer.
